One recent change worth mentioning is the newly developed donation system that allows players to support SN1PE while receiving cool benefits. Simply say !donate on BuildRP Federation to begin the process of receiving the $15 VIP package. Here are the benefits currently, there will definitely be more to come:

GMod and Minecraft News

As you probably have noticed, Garry’s Mod was down for the last few days. It was fixed today, and now you can join the server again. The gun prices — particularly sniper shipments — have been raised, in order to lessen the mass deathmatching that has been an issue.

The Minecraft server is currently running Minecraft 1.0 meaning it does have The End dimension and many other features. Also, we have added some plugins in order to improve the experience. Notably, we have added the ability for players to protect their own property by claiming regions. These regions will be shown in the live map, which refreshes regions every five minutes. New Forums Online

We have completed an upgrade of the forums. You should be glad to hear that registration is enabled again, you can simply type !register into chat on any SN1PE Garry’s Mod server. Additionally, the shoutbox has returned, this time looking better than ever.

Thank you to Simplexity (AKA Teh Penguinz) for the nice interface he made for the forum registration.

Artosis Casts BuildRP

The infamous Brawler returns to troll BuildRP. Brawler and company take on the roles of popular Starcraft II commentators, Artosis, Tasteless, and Gretorp.

In other news, the addon UnoLimited was also added to the server in response to widespread complaints from admins about the prop limit. Hopefully it is not abused.

GMod Patch 129

Garry:

I sent a quick patch to Valve that fixes a couple of issues with the patch released on Friday. It should be out within the next few hours.

• Fixed Lua errors when browsing models folders
• Fixed ragdoll crash
• Fixed TF2 map crash

Bear in mind that on Thursday Valve released quite a big update to the Source Engine. This means that some of your addons that hack away at the engine might have stopped working or might be causing you to crash. This isn’t something I can fix – so it’s up to you to seek out working updates for these addons.
